Born and raised in Siravayal village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, Karthik Narayanan brings over 22 years of global corporate experience spanning the United Kingdom, United States, Middle East, and India.

Holding a BE degree and an MBA from London, his leadership journey began during college — elected Arts Club Secretary and later serving as Department Students' Association President, representing student interests and organizing academic, cultural, and leadership initiatives.

After two decades building expertise with globally recognized organizations, he has returned permanently to India with a deep commitment to public service, grassroots political development, and the empowerment of Sivagangai district.
